Refund policy


At Good Well Luggage, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


We offer returns and exchanges within 3 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact

  • The item must not be damaged by misuse or wear

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


No Refund Policy

We currently do not offer cash refunds.

However, in case of a return, you will receive:

  • A store credit or voucher equal to the value of your returned item

This allows you to shop again and choose a product that better suits your needs.


Store Credit / Voucher

  • Issued within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected

  • Can be used on any product available on our store

  • May have a validity period (if applicable, it will be mentioned with your voucher)


Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product:

  • You can request an exchange for another item of equal or higher value

  • Price differences must be paid in case of higher-value items

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/videos as proof.

We will arrange a replacement or store credit at no extra cost.


Return Process

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email with your order details

  2. Our team will guide you through the return process

  3. Ship the item back to the provided address

  4. Once received and inspected, your store credit/voucher will be issued


Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item is damaged or incorrect)

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
